119. GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR THE RELOCATION OF SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) IRRIGATION FACILITIES Approve and execute a Contract and Grant of Easement required for the relocation of Salt River Project (SRP) irrigation facilities displaced by MCDOT’s road improvement project. The widening of MC85 between 95th Avenue and 75th Avenue requires the relocation of SRP irrigation lines. The current lines are within an SRP easement for which they have prior rights, as they were originally placed by Water Right Application and grant from the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR). The irrigation lines are in existing County right of way on the west side of 91st Ave. north of MC85 and also in the MC85 right of way. As this is a relocation of irrigation lines within Maricopa County right of way, a new Easement is being granted to the Bureau of Reclamation for the placement of the underground lines in their new location.
