AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH FLYERS ENERGY, LLC The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) requests the Board of Supervisors approve Amendment No. 1 to the lease agreement between Maricopa County and Flyers Energy, LLC and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute the amendment to exercise the one-time renewal of the lease agreement with Flyers Energy, LLC.
