COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH HDR CONSTRUCTION CONTROL CORPORATION FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Request approval of the Competition Impractical form, for Construction Administration Services by HDR Construction Control Corporation and award HDR CCC Contract 2021-021 for complete Construction Administration and Inspection Services during Construction Phase, and inclusive of the Design Phase services of Constructability Reviews, Inspection and documentation of early Utility Relocations, assistance to project management team in development of final PS&E package and pre-construction coordination with various stakeholders. Award of Contract 2021-021 to HDR CCC, shall be in for a sum not-to-exceed One Million, Six Hundred and Ninety-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred and Three Dollars, and Ninety-Five Cents ($1,699,703.95). The Chief Procurement Officer can approve procurements up to $100,000. This request is over $100,000 and must be submitted as an agenda item to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.
