IGA WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR THE REACT INTEGRATED CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT (ICM) PILOT Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and City of Scottsdale for the REACT Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Pilot. The Pilot for Arterial Traffic Incident Management Program for Integrated Corridor Management (ICM), referred herein as the Project, will support the expansion of the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) Regional Emergency Action Coordinating Team (REACT) to support ICM along the entire Loop 101 corridor that runs through the cities of Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler.
