CONTRACT WITH PREMIER ENGINEERING CORPORATION FOR BROADWAY ROAD BRIDGES AT TEMPE CANAL FINAL DESIGN Approve the award of Contract with Premier Engineering Inc., to perform final design and post design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project No. TT0557, Broadway Bridges at Tempe Canal, for a sum not-to-exceed six hundred and thirty three thousand seven hundred forty-six dollars ($633,746). The Contract completion date shall be One thousand eighty five (1085) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The Consultant shall complete the necessary final design and construction improvements to replace the existing bridges based upon the scoping phase recommendations.
