57. ANNEXATION BY THE CITY OF PHOENIX: ORDINANCE NO. S-47247 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(N), approve the annexation by the City Phoenix of County right-of-way within: 43rd Avenue from 145 feet south to 810 feet north of Old West Trail, in accordance with Ordinance No. S-47247. City of Phoenix has adopted Ordinance No. S-47247 annexing County road right of way and has requested mutual consent of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to ARS §9-471(N).
