SET HEARING - RIO VERDE FOOTHILLS DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, schedule public hearing to solicit comments and consider the petition to establish the Rio Verde Foothills Domestic Water Improvement District. Hearing to be set for the informal meeting of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on August 29, 2022. This action will set the date to Convene a public hearing to solicit comments and consider the petition to establish the Rio Verde Foothills Domestic Water Improvement District, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1. A petition was filed with the Superintendent of Streets on February 17, 2021 for the establishment of the Rio Verde Foothills Domestic Water Improvement District. The proposed improvement district, is non-contiguous and bounded by the McDowell Mountain Regional Park to the South; Tonto National Forest to the north; City of Scottsdale to the west; and Tonto National Forest north of Dixileta Drive, Dixileta Drive west to 172nd Street south to Rio Verde Drive, Rio Verde Drive east to 176th Street, 176th Street to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park comprise the east boundary.
