ROOSEVELT WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT IRRIGATION FACILITIES EASEMENT: CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROW ASSISTANCE Approve and execute a Roosevelt Water Conservation District Irrigation Facilities Easement located within Maricopa County Right of Way located at 132nd St. north of Chandler Heights Rd. The widening of Chandler Heights Rd. requires the relocation of the Roosevelt Irrigation facilities. The new facility will be placed at a new location within the 132nd St. right of way, requiring a new easement be granted to replace the one that is being terminated.
