GRANITE VISTA PHASE 1.D STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ESTABLISHMENT HEARING Set a public hearing on June 23, 2021 to solicit comments and consider the petition to establish the Granite Vista Phase 1.D Street Lighting Improvement District, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1. The District’s purpose is to purchase energy for the lighting of public streets and parks within the area. A petition with the requisite number of signatures (53% of real property owners) has been filed with the Superintendent of Streets requesting the establishment of the Granite Vista Phase 1.D Street Lighting Improvement District. Granite Vista Phase 1.D consists of a portion of land located in Section 35, Township 3 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and consists of 94 lots.
