78. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1 (2021) TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Approve an adjustment to the Department of Transportation (D640) FY 2021 - 2025 five-year Transportation Improvement Program, Year 1 (FY 2021). Decrease the capital expenditure budget in the Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) for the Capacity (CAPY) Appropriation Group by $5,000,000 and increase the expenditure budget in the Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) System Preservation and Reconstruction ( SPAR) Appropriation Group by $5,000,000. For fiscal year 1 (2021) the Board of Supervisors approved the Department of Transportation capital budget of $90,144,944 with the condition that any movement of budget funds between projects must be approved by the Board. The requested adjustment is necessary to realign project budgets to provide funding to more closely match the year-end projected expenditure amounts . These adjustments result in a net impact of zero and do not change the duly adopted budget as approved by the Board of Supervisors. Supervisor Districts: 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 (C-64-21-244-X-00)
