AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE (APS) FOR RELOCATION OF THE TRANSMISSION FACILITIES AT OLIVE AVENUE: SARIVAL AVENUE TO REEMS ROAD Approve the Amendment to the Agreement between the Arizona Public Service (APS) and Maricopa County for the relocation of the Transmission facilities in conflict with the MCDOT Roadway Improvement Project TT0562, Olive Avenue: Sarival Avenue to Reems Road. The estimated cost to relocate the electrical facilities is $1,300,126.17. Funds are budgeted in Capacity (CAPY) project, Sub-Project TT0562 Olive Avenue: Sarival Avenue to Reems Road. All property owners have been compensated for a temporary construction easement in order for the work to take place. All of the work to relocate the electrical facilities is necessary for the road work to occur, APS prior rights have been verified, therefore MCDOT is responsible for all costs related to the design, construction and relocation of these facilities. Approval of this agreement will allow relocation of the electrical facilities in advance of MCDOT roadway construction. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-21-267-X-00)
