113. ROAD FILE NO. 5973 Set a hearing for August 4, 2021 for Road File No. 5973 to Open and Declare the following described alignments into the County Transportation System. The Maricopa County Department of Transportation has inspected and approved/accepted the developer constructed roads within the White Tank Foothills Infrastructure Phase 2 recorded in MCR, Book 1389 of Maps, Page 38 and has recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt the resolution accepting the roads in the subdivision into the County road system.
