CASITAS BONITAS SANITATION SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT It is recommended by the Superintendent of Streets that the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with Liberty Utilities Corporation to provide operations, maintenance, and management services to the existing Improvement District. The current management company for Casitas Bonitas Sanitary Sewer Improvement District, First National Management, is going out of business and a new management company is needed. The District’s purpose is to operate and maintain the existing sanitary sewer facilities serving the area and to bill and collect from residential customers on a monthly basis . Liberty Utilities Corporation will assume those duties in accordance with the terms of the agreement. (The district is in the vicinity of Dysart Road and Maryland Avenue.
