94. AMENDMENT TO BENTLEY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT RENEWAL Request approval to amend the existing contract with Bentley Systems Inc., (which currently is an ELS contract, in order to add the necessary Enterprise Public Subscription (EPS 365). The software applications provided by Bentley Systems Inc. are proprietary and available for purchase from Bentley Systems, Inc. only. All upgrades, improvements, enhancements and Bentley LEARN educational materials are provided directly with Bentley Systems and cannot be provided by a third party or alternate vendor. Advantages include local seminars, user’s groups and more robust training programs provided under the Enterprise Public Subscription agreement. MCDOT wishes to enter into a three (3) year agreement (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025) with Bentley for the EPS 365 system support, and utilize the remaining existing contract amount toward the new contract as noted below.
