AB-337 COUNTY ROADWAY EASEMENT EXTINGUISHMENT: REEMS ROAD AND NORTHERN AVENUE Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-337 to abandon a portion of Reems Road and Northern Avenue in the vicinity of Reems Road and Northern Avenue by extinguishing easements which were conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement for Highway Purposes dated March 18, 1965 and recorded in the Office of the Maricopa County Recorder at DKT 5476 Page 575 and a also a Temporary Easement dated February 6, 1963 and recorded in the Office of the Maricopa County Recorder at DKT 4454 Page 446. It is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to extinguish road easements, Road File No. AB-337 as identified in the resolution.
