REAL PROPERTY DONATION (APN: 303-28-003J) Request the Board of Supervisors to accept the donation of Assessor Parcel Number 303-28-003J from Jeff Floyd and Lynae Floyd, a married couple for Transportation purposes and Execute a Purchase Agreement and Special Warranty Deed. The Special Warranty Deed will be recorded to provide record of the property transfer. The donation property is adjacent to County owned parcel identified as APN: 303-28-031D and known as the MCDOT East Yard. The donated property will be utilized for MCDOT maintenance purposes. The property is approximately 0.7 acres, located on Germann Road in Chandler, AZ. Wayne Harding & Associates appraised the property on November 11, 2021, subject property value is $205,000. Western Technologies Inc. completed a Phase I environmental site assessment June 28, 2021, the assessment revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions and made no recommendations for further assessment.
