IGA WITH THE TOWN OF YOUNGTOWN FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AND PEORIA AVENUE INTERSECTION STRIPING Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) and the Town of Youngtown (City) Providing for the Replacement of Stop Signs on 111th Avenue Between Grand Avenue and Peoria Avenue and Peoria Avenue Intersection Striping. County has replaced the stop signs for roads entering 111th Avenue between Grand Avenue and Peoria Avenue. Maintenance of the stop signs will be transferred to the City .
