77. ROAD FILE NO. A706 Set a hearing for April 20, 2022 for Road File No. A706 to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. Maricopa County has entered into an IGA with Town of Gilbert for right of way acquisition assistance to acquire right of way that is in county jurisdiction for a Town of Gilbert street improvement project, specifically Ocotillo Road from Val Vista Drive to Greenfield Road. Therefore the Department of Transportation Director is requesting that the road be declared and accepted into the MCDOT road system.
