57. CONTRACT WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR NORTHERN PARKWAY: EL MIRAGE ALTERNATIVE ACCESS CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION Approve the Consultant Services Contract No. 2022-012 with Tristar Engineering and Management, Inc. in the amount not-too-exceed $862,325.01 for Construction Administration Services for MCDOT Northern Parkway: El Mirage Alternative Access, TT0498. The construction will build 1.07 miles of new mainline roadway construction on the new Northern Parkway alignment, Butler Drive, 129th Avenue, and Dysart Road including drainage catch basins; roadway curbs; concrete sidewalk; irrigation; signing and pavement markings; lighting; and landscaping.
