CONTRACT NO. 2022-026 WITH BURGESS & NIPLE FOR ON CALL PROFESSIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2022-026 with BURGESS & NIPLE for On-Call Professional Transportation Planning Services. Contract performance will be for a period of seven hundred thirty (730) calendar days from the Board award date and may be renewed, if mutually agreed to by both the consultant and the County, for an additional three (3) one-year periods or the expenditure of $1,000,000, whichever occurs first. A broad range of planning support services are anticipated under this On-Call Professional Transportation Planning Services contract. The Consultant will provide professional services in the area of: general transportation planning (corridor studies, ADA assessments, data analysis, cost analysis, multi-modal, etc.), process improvement oversight, project programming, grant writing assistance, travel forecast, policy development, and federal-aid highway program support.
