ANNEXATION BY THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: RESOLUTION NO. 42-22 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the annexation by the City of Buckeye of County roadway and right-of-way in accordance with Resolution No. 42-22. Resolution No. 42-22, approved and adopted by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona on May 3, 2022, annexing certain real property to the City of Buckeye pursuant to ARS §9-471(O). The action annexes County roadway and rights-of-way to the existing City limits and is generally described as Jackrabbit Trail from Roosevelt Irrigation District Canal to Blue Horizons Parkway, being all county roadway or right-of-way described as follows: Legal description and map of the roadway to be annexed, identified as Exhibits "A" and “B”, are attached.
