106. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF AVONDALE: INDIAN SPRINGS ROAD Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Avondale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Indian Springs Road from the Dysart Road alignment to 143rd Avenue. In accordance with Avondale Ordinance No. 2025-0422 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. City of Avondale adopted Ordinance No. 2025-0422 on April 18, 2022 transferring County right-of-way and has requested mutual consent of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to ARS §9-471(O).
