PURCHASE OF FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT PARCEL A022-006 The Department of Transportation requests the Board of Supervisors: (1) to approve the purchase of a portion of Flood Control District (FCD) Parcel A022-006 to Maricopa County for roadway purposes. The sale price is $17,100. The FCD will reserve a drainage easement as part of the Reems Road Channel and Basin Project and (2) authorize Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute conveyance documents and all other required documents approved by legal counsel for the conveyance of the parcel to Maricopa County for a road widening project, TT00562.
