112. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Approve an amendment to the Department of Transportation (D640) FY 2022 – 2026 five-year Transportation Improvement Program (Fund 234), Year 1 (FY 2021-2022) by decreasing the capital expenditure budget for the Dust Mitigation (DMIT) Project by $3,000,000 and increasing the Capacity (CAPY) Project by $3,000,000. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the Board of Supervisors approved the Department of Transportation capital budget of $111,355,800 with the condition that any movement of budget funds between projects mu st be approved by the Board. The requested adjustment is necessary to realign project budgets to provide funding to more closely match the year-end projected expenditure amounts . These adjustments result in a net impact of zero and do not change the duly adopted budget as approved by the Board of Supervisors. Supervisory District No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 (C-64-22-311-X-00)
