SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT EASEMENT - GERMANN ROAD Approve and execute a non-exclusive power distribution easement, without public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP), and its successors and assigns, in upon, over, under through and across the County’s property identified as APN: 303-28-017D and 303-28-031D; and all other documents approved by legal counsel required to complete the transaction. Easement required, per Salt River Project Work Order # T3288428, to provide power distribution for a Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) office trailer located at 11328 E. Germann Road, Chandler, AZ 85286. The purpose of the existing office trailer is to provide more efficient service to the East Valley. The current office is powered by a generator.
