59. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SENTINEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 71 Approve the license agreement between Maricopa County and Sentinel Elementary School District Number 71 of Maricopa County. The Sentinel Elementary School District owns real property, north of W US Highway 80 and east of Agua Caliente Rd in unincorporated Maricopa County. The County obtained a license from the School District in 2013 for the placement of storage containers for storage of signs and equipment for use by the County Transportation Department. The current license has expired. The County desires to enter into a new license agreement for the County’s continued use of the property for Transportation purposes. The new license is effective for five years, with an option of one, five-year renewal. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-22-342-X-00)
