IGA WITH CITY OF PEORIA TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN MONUMENT ENTRY SIGNAGE ON OLIVE AVENUE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Peoria (City) to construct and maintain monument entry signage on Olive Avenue. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and remain in full force and effect until either Party terminates it. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time before the expiration date of this Agreement by furnishing the other Party with a thirty (30) day written notice.
