109. AGREEMENT WITH BUCKEYE WATER CONSERVATION & DRAINAGE DISTRICT (BWCDD) FACILITIES TO PERFORM THE RELOCATION CONSTRUCTION WORK ON MC85 & VERRADO WAY Approve the Agreement for Construction of Buckeye Water Conservation& Drainage District (BWCDD) Facilities between BWCDD and Maricopa County for the relocation of the irrigation facilities in conflict with the MCDOT Roadway Improvement Project TT0572, MC85 and Verrado. The estimated cost to relocate the irrigation delivery facilities is $1,097,855.60. Funds are budgeted in Transportation System Management (TMAN) project, Sub-Project TT0572 MC85 and Verrado. All property owners, farmers and developers have been included in the coordination of this work. All of the work to relocate the irrigation delivery facilities is necessary for the road work to occur, therefore MCDOT is responsible for all costs related to the design, construction and relocation of these facilities. Approval of this agreement will allow the irrigation facilities to be relocated in advance of MCDOT roadway construction. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-23-012-X-00)
