61. BID AND AWARD FOR SUN LAKES REHAB UNITS 11 - 22 Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Engineering project. The work consists of pavement rehabilitation of approximately 20 miles of existing asphalt concrete pavement including milling operations, regrading of existing aggregate base course, replacement of the existing pavement, and other work items specified in the project plans. Pavement marking, traffic signal wiring, and utility adjustments will also be provided. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
