110. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH OLIVE CHARTER, LLC FOR OLIVE AVE. CHARTER SCHOOL TRAFFIC SIGNAL Approve and execute the development agreement with Olive Charter, LLC (Developer) for the required installation of intersection improvements including a traffic signal at the intersection of 175th Avenue and Olive Avenue. Also approve and authorize the Real Estate Department and the Maricopa County Attorney to take all steps, including condemnation, necessary to obtain necessary right of way for the improvements.
