40. SCW PRIDES, INC. SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT Approve the Agreement between Maricopa County and SCW PRIDES, Inc. (PRIDES) detailing services provided by each party within Maricopa County right-of-way. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by all the governing bodies of the Parties and shall remain in full force and effective until all stipulations previously indicated have been satisfied.
