78. AGREEMENT WITH CORTE BELLA COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN MARICOPA COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY Approve the Agreement between Maricopa County and Corte Bella Country Club Association, Inc. Support Services Agreement detailing services provided by each party within Maricopa County right-of-way. This Agreement formalizes the partnership between Maricopa County and Corte Bella Country Club Association, Inc. Support Services Agreement. Under the Agreement, the parties will coordinate the services provided within Maricopa County right-of-way, including developing an annual work plan detailing expected projects for each upcoming fiscal year for planning and budgeting purposes. This Agreement shall be effective upon approval by the Board of Supervisors and automatically renew each year on January 1. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-23-235-X-00)
