48. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF AVONDALE: ORDINANCE NO. 2004-0123 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Avondale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Avondale Blvd from Indian Springs Road to Southern Ave. In accordance with Avondale Ordinance No. 2004-0123 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder.
