50. ROAD FILE NO. A449-R Adopt Road File No. A449-R to Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 6705(A)(B), it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Alter Road Files No. A079, A372 and A449 to allow acquisition of additional right of way and easements for public purposes as required in Project TT0609 for improvements on streets in “Tonto Hills”, a subdivision recorded in Book 93 of Maps, Page 5 (MCR). In addition, direct the Clerk of th e Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. Road File No. A449-R - Legal Description: All streets in “Tonto Hills”, a subdivision recorded in Book 93 of Maps, Page 5, Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, lying in Sect ions 9,10 and 15, Township 6 North, Range 5 East; TOGETHER with such right of way and easement appurtenances as may be required For Project TT0609.
