71. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF AVONDALE: ORDINANCE NO. 2019-0323 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Avondale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Lower Buckeye Road from Litchfield Road to 4th Street. In accordance with Avondale Ordinance No. 2019-0323, the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. City of Avondale adopted Ordinance No. 2019-0323 on March 6, 2023 transferring County right-of-way to the city and has requested mutual consent of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to ARS §9-471(O).
