101. IGA WITH THE GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS ON 51ST AVENUE FROM SAINT JOHNS ROAD TO KOMATKE LANE AND 83RD, 87TH, AND 91ST AVENUES FROM BASELINE ROAD TO DOBBINS ROAD Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the Gila River Indian Community for the installation of streetlights on 51st Avenue from Saint Johns Road to Komatke Lane and 83rd, 87th, and 91st Avenues from Baseline road to Dobbins Road. Under this Intergovernmental Agreement, the Gila River Indian Community will act as the lead agency for all aspects of the design and installation of the street lighting. Gila River Indian Community has proposed to install street lighting in the Community to improve safety for pedestrian traffic. The proposed improvements will be installed within the County right-of-way. The terms of the agreement are in effect as of the Board of Supervisors’ approval and shall remain in full force and effect until all stipulations have been satisfied, except that it may be amended upon written agreement by all parties.
