103. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF MESA: ORDINANCE NO. 5776 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Mesa, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Power Road from 1,313 feet south of Guadalupe Road to Baseline Road. In accordance with Mesa Ordinance No. 5776 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-23-335-X-00)
