80. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-358 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-358 to abandon a portion of Vineyard Road between 347th Avenue and 339th Avenue together with 343rd Avenue between Baseline Road and Salome Highway by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricop a County by State Land Right of Way No. 9-2656 on February 1st, 1961, and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1961-0155399 and rerecorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1986-0697417. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-358 A p ortion of land as described in recorded instruments 1961-0155399 and 1986-0697417, Maricopa County Recorder (MCR), situate in Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 5 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Said portion o f land being more particularly described as follows: A strip of land 80 feet wide lying 40 feet on each side of the East-West mid-section line of said Section 32, EXCEPT that area within the East 65 feet of said Section 32, Together with a strip of land 80 feet wide lying 40 feet on each side of the North-South mid-section line of said Section 32, EXCEPT that area within the South 65 feet of said Section 32 ALSO, EXCEPT any area lying North of the South Right of Way of Salome Highway as described in recor ded instrument 1959-0018597 MCR.
