ACQUISITION OF TAX DEEDED PARCELS FOR TRANSPORTATION PURPOSES Approve and authorize, pursuant to A.R.S. 42-18303(E), submittal of an offer to the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office to purchase tax deeded parcels known as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 502 -40-048E, 502-40-045A and 502-40-046A and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents related to this action.
