60. ROAD FILE NO. 6005 Set a hearing for November 1, 2023, for Road File No. 6005 to Open and Declare the following streets into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701, 6702(A)(3) and 11-822(C) it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Zanjero Trails Phase 1C Parcel 36 Phase 2 into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6005. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6005 All interior streets consistent with the rights-of-way, as depicted in Re-Plat of Zanjero Trails Phase 1C – Parcel 36 - Phase 2 a subdivision as shown in Book 1430 of Maps, Page 04, M.C.R. and lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, T2N, R2W of the GSRB&M, Maricopa County, Arizona. General Vicinity: Bethany Home Rd and Perryville Rd and in an unincorporated area. Supervisor District No. 4 A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-24-041-X-00)
