ROAD FILE NO. 5931-R Set a hearing for November 1, 2023, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 5931-R to declare streets in Velda Rose Estates East Unit 3 as shown in Book 139 of Maps, Page 26 AND Velda Rose Estates East Unit 4 as shown in Book 150 of Maps, Page 37 into the County Maintenance System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Velda Rose Estates East Units 3 & 4 into the County Maintenance System, Road File No. 5931-R. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 5931-R Portions of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 6 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly described as follows: All streets, consistent with the rights-of-way as depicted in Velda Rose Estates East Unit 3, a subdivision recorded in Book 139 of Maps, Page 26, the Office of the Recorder of Maricopa County. EXCEPT any portion lying within 63rd Street. Together with all streets, consistent with the rights-of-way, as depicted in Velda Rose Estates East Unit 4, a subdivision recorded in Book 150 of Maps, Page 37, the Office of the Recorder of Maricopa County. Except any portion lying within 63rd Street. Together with the right-of-way dedication as described in the Quit Claim deed recorded as instrument 2023-0075521 at the Office of the Recorder of Maricopa County. Exhibits for Road File 5931-R are attached. General Vicinity: Recker Road and University Drive, lying within Supervisor District 2, in an unincorporated area.
