53. COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS FUNDING PROPOSAL - OAKWOOD LAKES/ALMA SCHOOL ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT Authorize the Community Solutions Funding Proposal request for a traffic signal project at Oakwood Lakes Boulevard and Alma School Road in the amount of $615,000 with an expected start date of November 15, 2023, and an expected completion date of November 15, 2024. The purpose of this project is to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of Alma School Rd. and Oakwood Lakes Blvd., to improve ingress/egress into the community. Work will consist of installing signal poles, mast arms, signal heads, cameras, control boxes, and ADA ramps. Also, pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the final FY 2024 budget: 1. Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “Community Solutions Funding” (4711) by $615,000. 2. Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “D1 – Community Solutions Funding” (4761) by $615,000. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
