ROAD FILE NO. 5999 Set a hearing for February 7, 2024, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 5999 to declare streets in Tierra Buena as shown in Book 121 of Maps, Page 50 into the County Maintenance System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Tierra Buena into the County Maintenance System, Road File No. 5999. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 5999 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Tierra Buena”, a subdivision recorded in Book 121 of Maps, Page 50, Maricopa County Records, lying Southwest quarter in Section 14 – T2N, R1W, Maricopa County, Arizona; Containing 3.0661 Acres. EXCEPT that area lying within Road File 2038 as described in Resolution recorded in Docket 8374 Page 822 and shown in Road Map Book 19 Page 77 on file with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. General Vicinity: Dysart Road and Camelback Road, lying within Supervisory District No. 4, in an unincorporated area.
