ROAD FILE NO. 6008 Set a hearing for February 7th, 2024, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6008 to declare streets in Streets in Rancho Cabrillo Parcel H as shown in Book 1409 of Maps, Page 25 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Rancho Cabrillo Parcel H into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6008. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6008 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Rancho Cabrillo Parcel H”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1409 of Maps, Page 25, Maricopa County Records, lying Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 03 – T4N, R1W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 8.2 Acres A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Litchfield Road and Happy Valley Road, lying within Supervisor District 4, in an unincorporated area. Legal description and map or plat identified as Exhibits "A” & “B” are attached. (General Vicinity: Litchfield Road and Happy Valley Road. Supervisor District No. 4) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-24-112-X-00)
