87. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF GLENDALE: ORDINANCE NO. O23-37 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Glendale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Northern Avenue from 143rd Ave to Dysart Rd.
