88. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF GLENDALE: ORDINANCE NO. O23-36 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Glendale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Northern Avenue from west of 147th Ave to Litchfield Rd. In accordance with Glendale Ordinance No. O23-36 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: Northern Avenue from west of 147th Ave to Litchfield Rd.
