IGA WITH CITY OF PEORIA FOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS ALONG 99TH AVENUE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and the City of Peoria for the City to construct sidewalks in the County right-of-way along 99th Avenue from Della Avenue to the north approximately 1,195 feet, ending at Peoria Avenue. The Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by all Parties. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time before the expiration date by furnishing the other Party with a thirty (30) day written notice. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-24-118-X-00)
