84. ROAD FILE NO. 6011 Set a hearing for March 27, 2024 to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6011 to declare streets in Zanjero Trails Infrastructure Phase 1C Parcel 35A as shown in Book 1430 of Maps, Page 22 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Zanjero Trails Infrastructure Phase 1C Parcel 35A into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6011. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6011 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Zanjero Trails Infrastructure Phase 1C Parcel 35A”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1430 of Maps, Page 22, Maricopa County Records, lying Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter in Section 16 – T2N, R2W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 3.98 Acres. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Bethany Home Road and Perryville Road, lying within Supervisory District 4, in an unincorporated area. Legal description and map or plat identified as Exhibits "A” & “B” are attached. (General Vicinity: Bethany Home Road and Perryville Road. Supervisory District No. 4) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-24-158-X-00)
