85. ROAD FILE NO. A514-R Set a hearing for March 27, 2024 to adopt Road File No. A514-R to Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. § 28-6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A514-R. Two roadway alignments of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for 227th Avenue from Montgomery Road to Dove Valley Road and Dove Valley Road from 1,172.38 feet West of and 100 feet East of said 227th Avenue; Project Number TT0657, on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying within Sections 14, 15, 22, 23 all within Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. GENERAL VICINITY: Two said roadways known as 227th Avenue from Montgomery Road to Dove Valley Road and Dove Valley Road from 1,172.38 feet West of and 100 feet East of said 227th Avenue, lying in Supervisory District 4. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B). (C-64-24-160-X-00)
