78. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK: ORDINANCE NO. 821-23 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Power Rd North of Riggs Rd. In accordance with Queen Creek Ordinance No. 821-23 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (General Vicinity: Power Rd North of Riggs Rd.
